1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or placing an order with PMK Printing Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
The website displays fixed-price catalogue products and configurable Custom Order requests. PMK staff reviews each Custom Order before issuing its quotation.
3. Orders and Payments
- Catalogue orders use the fixed website price and are paid either in full through an offered payment method or by cash on pickup (COD).
- After a Custom Order quotation is approved, a verified 50% deposit and approval of the latest design proof are required before production begins.
- Accepted payment methods are cash, bank transfer, and GCash. GCash and bank-transfer references and proofs are checked by the owner.
- Any remaining Custom Order balance must be paid before store pickup, third-party courier handoff, or completion.
- Catalogue products display fixed website prices. Custom Orders are priced separately by quotation; layout fees, revision charges, rush fees, and bulk pricing are assessed case by case.
4. Design Files and Intellectual Property
- You warrant that you own or have the rights to all design files and artwork you submit to us.
- PMK Printing Solutions will not reproduce, sell, or share your design files without your permission.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders containing unlicensed third-party logos, trademarked imagery, or offensive content.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- PMK does not return money through cash, GCash, or bank transfer. PMK reviews replacement, store credit, or adjustment for the individual order.
- Contact PMK as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
- No outcome is automatic. Staff document the issue and complete an agreed replacement after customer acknowledgment; the owner decides store credit, adjustments and the remedy for a cancelled order that was already paid.
PMK to confirm: the final refund wording, including how defective or wrongly printed items are handled.
6. Production Time
Production estimates are confirmed for each order after its requirements are reviewed. Marking a request as urgent does not guarantee rush acceptance, timing, or pricing.
7. Your Account, Messages, and Reviews
- Order messages are for discussing your order with PMK.
- Only customers with a completed order for a product may review it, once per product. Your name is shown with your review, and you may edit or delete it.
- PMK may hide a review that breaks these Terms and will record the reason. PMK may also post a public response to a review.
- PMK may disable an account that is used to break these Terms or to abuse the website.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from delays or errors in production.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
